Dmitry Korobkov

President

Dmitry A. Korobkov is the founder of ADV, and a venture investor in new digital technologies (MarTech, AdTech, Big Data, AI, etc.).

Graduate of Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO), he has degrees in marketing, economics and history. Dmitry is fluent in English, German, and French.

In 2007, Mr. Korobkov in association with the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs founded the «ADV — Marketing Communications Chair» in Moscow State Institute of International Relations; presently, he is the head of the Chair and a member of MGIMO’s Board of Trustees.

He has been a member of the Presidium of the General Council of Business Russia national association since 2008, and the Chairman of Business Russia’s Committee on Digital and Information Technologies since 2016. Mr. Korobkov is the initiator of Go To AdTech, the Russia’s first Contest of Technology Projects in media, marketing and advertising (AdTech).

Yulia Ershova

Chief Operating Officer

Yulia Ershova joined the ADV team in 2017 as Chief Operating Officer.

Before joining ADV, she served as CFO at UTV Holding.

During 2006–2011, Yulia worked at CTC Media (NASDAQ:CTCM) as a US GAAP manager.

From 2004 to 2006 she held a management position at Basic Element Group.

In the past, she held similar positions at Johnson & Johnson and Intercomp Technologies.

Holds an Executive MBA degree (HULT International Business School, London).

Elena Kustova

Chief Commercial Officer

Elena Kustova started her career as a manager with Advertising Service, a bureau of the Moscow City Government (1992).

Later, she worked for Ogilvy & Mather as Senior Media Buying Manager.

1997–2001 — Media Director at Nestle.

In 2001 she joined ADV as Media Director.

Since 2004 — Executive Vice President for Media.

In 2017 Ms. Kustova was appointed as the Chief Commercial Officer of ADV

Ilya Kutsenko

CEO ADV Benchmark

He has been working in media buying since 2000.

Ilya started his career as a junior specialist in TV advertisement buying with Komandarm Media. A year later he joined APR Optimum Media, where he continued to build expertise in TV buying.

In 2003, Mr. Kutsenko joined Havas Media (known under the brand MPG until 2013), initially as Head of TV advertisement buying department, and later as Director of Buying, taking charge of all buying divisions in the company. In 2014, he was appointed Chief Commercial Officer of Havas Media.

In 2017, he was appointed Head of ADV Benchmark.

Anna Mazurina

CEO Mediabrands

Ms. Mazurina has been in the media advertising business for nearly 20 years, both on the agent and the client side.

Anna started her career as a media planning specialist at MediaDirection.

She has experience of working relationships with the largest international companies, such as Wrigley, Kraft, P&G, Volkswagen, Philips, Tele2. Prior to joining Initiative in 2016, Anna held various executive positions in MediaCom, one of the leading advertising agencies, and was also in charge of media planning on the client side.

In 2017, Ms. Mazurina was appointed CEO of IPG Mediabrands Russia.

Natalia Osipova

CEO Marketing Services

Ms. Osipova graduated from the Finance Academy of the Russian Government (Department of Finance and Credit).

In 2002–2004, she studied at London Kingston University and obtained an MBA degree in General Management.

Natalia’s career in advertising began at Integrated Marketing Solutions (IMS) as a member of the Board of Directors.

Prior to joining ADV, Natalia Osipova worked for Mars, Inc.

Igor Perevozchikov

CEO ADV Lab

Igor is a Master’s graduate of the renowned Moscow State University.

Joined ADV in 2002, and in 2006 he was appointed Director of Planning at Universal McCann (presently UM). From 2008 to 2011, Igor served as Head of Media Planning department at MTS; in 2011–2012 he held the position of Director of Marketing for Stream video service.

In 2012 Igor returned to ADV group as Deputy Managing Director of Initiative agency. In 2013 he became Head of Advance Digital agency (presently Advance Mediabrands). In 2015 he was appointed Director of Digital Technology (Chief Digital Officer) at ADV Media.

Since 2017 Igor is Head of ADV Lab.

Boris Karasev

CEO Havas Media

Boris started his career at Initiative Media in 1996; in 2002 he became Media Dircetor of the agency, and two years later was promoted to Chief Executive Officer. During that period, he has worked with such advertisers as Unilever, InBev, Tchibo, Dirol and others, contributing to first time launches of their international brands in Russia and CIS, and Initiative’s position has grown to top-5 agency in the market.

He joined Havas Media (back then branded as MPG) in 2006. Pioneering market trends Boris was overseeing launch of new Havas entities in the market — Arena, Havas Sports & Entertainment and Havas Digital, — and became CEO of Havas Media Group in 2012.
