Andrey Pankov

Chief Executive Officer

Andrey joined ADV Group as its new CEO in 2020.


Before that he served as CEO at Renault Russia, and earlier was head of Mitsubishi Motors Corporation Russia as well as the company’s exclusive distributor in Central Asia.

Anna Mazurina

CEO IPG Mediabrands

Anna started her career at MediaDirection. Since 2003 she has held various executive positions in MediaCom; she was also in charge of media planning with such clients as Philips, P&G and others. Since 2016 she has been CEO of Initiative, and in 2017 she was also appointed CEO of IPG Mediabrands. In 2020 she left the position of the Initiative CEO to focus on the development of Mediabrands.


Since 2003 Anna has held various executive positions in one of the leading advertising agencies — MediaCom; she was also in charge of media planning for such brands as Philips, Procter & Gamble and others.

She started her career as a specialist in media planning in 1997.

Anna is a graduate of Moscow Institute of Electronics and Mathematics (MIEM HSE).

Igor Perevozchikaov

Head of united division of ADV Lab and Benchmark

A graduate of Moscow State University (MSU), Igor joined ADV in 2002 and in 2006 was appointed Director of Planning at UM agency. In 2013 he became Head of Advance Mediabrands. In 2015 he was appointed Director of Digital Technology at ADV, and he became Head of ADV Lab in 2017.


From 2008 to 2011, Igor served as Head of Media Planning department at MTS; in 2011–2012 he held the position of Director of Marketing for Stream video service.

In 2012 Igor returned to ADV group as Deputy Managing Director of Initiative agency. In 2013 he became Head of Advance Digital agency (presently Advance Mediabrands). In 2015 he was appointed Director of Digital Technology (Chief Digital Officer) at ADV Media.

Since 2017 Igor is Head of ADV Lab.

Natalia Osipova

Head aof ADV Experience

Natalia started her career in 1995 at Integrated Marketing Solutions (IMS), where she was also appointed to the Board of Directors.


She spent a large part of her working life in the marketing department at Mars. She joined the ADV team in 2009 as Head of Marketing Services, which later became ADV Experience.

Andrey Klychev

Chief Financial Officer

Andrey joined ADV team in 2018 as Chief Financial Officer.

Before joining ADV he also served as CFO at a number of companies, including Papa Johns, SAP, CityAds Media and Mamsy.


Andrey started his career at PwC as Tax Consultant; he after that worked at Philip Morris International as Tax Manager and at Siemens as Head of Corporate Tax

Andrey has a Master’s degree in Economics.

Elena Belova

CEO Havas Village Russia

Elena graduated from the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics in 2000. In 2005 she joined the board of directors at Initiative as Director of Mass Media Advertising, and in 2006 she became Director of Client Relations.


In 2012 she moved to Havas Media, where she became CEO in 2014. In 2020, Elena was appointed CEO of Havas Village Russia.
