CEO IPG Mediabrands
Natalia joined the ADV team in 2009 as Head of Marketing Services Department, which later became ADV Experience. In 2021 she was appointed CEO of IPG Mediabrands.
Natalia spent a large part of her working life in the marketing department at Mars.
She started her career in 1995 at Integrated Marketing Solutions (IMS), where she later became a member of the Board of Directors.
Natalia is a graduate of Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation; she also
has an MBA degree (London Kingston University; General Management).
CEO of IPG Russia
Elena began her career at Navigator DDB Russia in 1995. She later worked at Publicis United Russia as Strategic Planning Director. In 2012 she was appointed Vice President for Creative Direction at ADV Group and in 2015 became CEO of IPG Russia.
CEO of McCann Moscow
Tatiana has worked in advertising since 1999, including time at network agencies DDB and Grey. Tatiana was involved in the organization of the Olympic Winter Games in Sochi 2014, where she was the Director of Marketing Programs of the Organizing Committee. She joined McCann Moscow in 2015.
CEO of FCB Moscow
Natalia has worked in advertising for more than 15 years. She has a dual degree in Marketing in Russia and France, as well as work experience on the client side at Bosch in France.
Managing Director of Maxima
Mikhail has worked in advertising for more than 10 years. Had his own business in the sphere of digital production; worked as a digital producer at Grape agency. From 2012 to 2018, he was responsible for business development in GroupM: first at Maxus agency, then – at Wavemaker.
Before joining Maxima Mikhail held the position of Executive Director at SkyTEC Media agency, where he was responsible for operational activities, business development strategy as well as the quality of service.
Maria Gavrilova has many years of experience in the advertising market in Russia. Most of her career is associated with the ADV Group: Maria began her career at the Havas Media agency, eventually headed the department of special projects of all Havas media agencies in Russia, and then took the position of CEO of Havas Sports & Entertainment. In October 2017, Maria moved to ivi online cinema to the position of head of the marketing department, and in November 2018 she headed marketing at Pandora. She joined the UM team in May 2019 as Deputy General Director, in March 2020 she headed the agency.
Egor started his career at Initiative in 2013 and worked his way up to leadership positions. As a media director he helped build a strong agency team, expand client portfolio and implement many successful projects. In 2020 Egor was promoted to Chief Executive Officer.
