IPG was established in the USA in 1930 as McCann-Erickson, and was re-named in 1961.

Anna Mazurina

CEO of IPG Mediabrands, CEO of Initiative

Anna Mazurina joined the ADV team as CEO of Initiative agency in 2016, and she was appointed Head of IPG Mediabrands Division in 2017.

Since 2003 Anna has held various executive positions in one of the leading advertising agencies — MediaCom; she was also in charge of media planning for such brands as Philips, Procter & Gamble and others.

She started her career as a specialist in media planning in 1997.
Anna is a graduate of Moscow Institute of Electronics and Mathematics (MIEM HSE).

Mikhail's career at ADV began at Advance Mediabrands, where he was promoted to executive director. He was then Head of Havas Digital for 4 years.

Elena Modina

CEO of IPG Russia

Elena began her career at Navigator DDB Russia in 1995. She later worked at Publicis United Russia as Strategic Planning Director. In 2012 she was appointed Vice President for Creative Direction at ADV Group and in 2015 became CEO of IPG Russia.

Tatiana Dubinets

CEO of McCann Moscow

Tatiana has worked in advertising since 1999, including time at network agencies DDB and Grey. Tatiana was involved in the organization of the Olympic Winter Games in Sochi 2014, where she was the Director of Marketing Programs of the Organizing Committee. She joined McCann Moscow in 2015.

Natalia Lomakina

CEO of FCB Moscow

Natalia has worked in advertising for more than 15 years. She has a dual degree in Marketing in Russia and France, as well as work experience on the client side at Bosch in France.

Tatiana Rukavishnikova

CEO of MullenLowe

Tatiana is a graduate of Bauman Moscow State Technical University. For 18 years she worked at OMD OM Group, where she progressed from Media Planning Specialist to Group Media Service & New Business Director. On 1 January 2017 she was appointed CEO of MullenLowe.
