CEO of Initiative
Irina’s track record in the advertising industry spans more than 20 years, with the last 10 of them in managerial positions. She has vast work experience with the largest advertising groups, such as Dentsu, GroupM, and Media Instinct. Irina has been CEO of Initiative since 2021.
CEO of IPG Russia
Natalia joined the ADV team in 2009 as Head of Marketing Services Department, which later became ADV Experience. In 2021 she was appointed CEO of IPG Mediabrands.Elena began her career at Navigator DDB Russia in 1995. She later worked at Publicis United Russia as Strategic Planning Director. In 2012 she was appointed Vice President for Creative Direction at ADV Group and in 2015 became CEO of IPG Russia.
Natalia spent a large part of her working life in the marketing department at Mars.
She started her career in 1995 at Integrated Marketing Solutions (IMS), where she later became a member of the Board of Directors.
Natalia is a graduate of Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation; she also
has an MBA degree (London Kingston University; General Management).
CEO of McCann Moscow
Tatiana has worked in advertising since 1999, including time at network agencies DDB and Grey. Tatiana was involved in the organization of the Olympic Winter Games in Sochi 2014, where she was the Director of Marketing Programs of the Organizing Committee. She joined McCann Moscow in 2015.
CEO of FCB Moscow
Natalia has worked in advertising for more than 15 years. She has a dual degree in Marketing in Russia and France, as well as work experience on the client side at Bosch in France.
CEO of UM
Pavel started his career at UM agency in 2015, where he worked his way up from Junior Media Planner to Media Director, then promoted to Chief Product Officer, while constantly scaling up his media and product expertise and developing his team. He took part in the projects that won Effie Russia awards for efficiency. He teaches at the Higher School of Economics and is a member of the State Examination Board at Financial University.
